This notice explains how personal information is handled when you use this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
1. Who is responsible

2. What information is collected
The contact form collects the following:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The message you type
Please do not put detailed health or other sensitive information in the contact form. Share these details only after Toni has replied and you have agreed on next steps.
2a. What information is not collected
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies.
3. Why it is collected
Your information is used only to read your enquiry, reply to you and arrange next steps. It is not used for marketing. It is not sold.
4. Who can see it
The form sends your message by email to Toni. The website is hosted by Afrihost, a South African hosting company, whose systems process the message in order to deliver it. Email is handled by Google (Gmail). Your information is not shared with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
5. Fonts loaded from Google
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser contacts Google, and Google receives your IP address.
6. How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, records are kept as required by professional and legal record-keeping rules. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time.

You may ask to:
- see the personal information held about you
- correct it
- delete it
- object to its use
